Campfire Cuisine: Gourmet Camping Recipes

Are you looking for some menu inspiration for your next camping adventure? Today’s featured cookbook, Campfire Cuisine: Gourmet Recipes for the Great Outdoors by Robin Donovan, will take you from a camping cooking rut to a marvelous taste adventure.

Campfire Cuisine: Gourmet Recipes for the Great Outdoors is probably my favorite camping cookbook EVER. We camp so often that we can’t really afford to eat unhealthy food and this cookbook does not substitute healthfulness for ease. The cookbook has over a 100 simple recipes for meals, made from fresh foods, designed to be cooked in the outdoors. It also gives the reader tips on how to get organized before you leave for your camping trip, and how to get set up once you set up camp.

With recipes like Grilled Goat Cheese Sandwich with Shallot, Tomato, and Thyme (yum!) and Grilled Prawns with Hoisin Glaze, I promise you camping has never tasted so good!
